The Diaper Diary features pictures of the progression of poop color changes in the first week of a breastfed baby's life on one side, and a feeding and pee and poop log on the other. It is a teaching tool for mothers, who, by keeping track of the baby's feeding and elimination, can know when to call for help with breastfeeding.
